- Giving voices to the vulnerable through stretching coverage to peripheral areas for the purpose of capturing voices from individuals, groups and communities rarely focused on
Capacity building
- Supporting women journalists to enhance and improve their reporting skills through trainings, mentorship and coaching
- Grooming young journalists particularly women through training and mentorship so that they become more focused, specialized and experts in areas of their interests
- Creation of a cream of journalists who can cover complex issues more correctly, analytically and comprehensively
